# FAQ

#### 1. What time is check-in? 

Check-in is available starting at 2:00 p.m. 

#### 2. What time do I need to arrive by? 

Our front desk is open 24 hours a day, so you can arrive at any time that’s convenient for you. 

#### 3. What time do I need to check out? 

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM at the latest. 

#### 4. Can I request a late check-out? 

Any request for a late check-out must be made to our front desk team and is subject to availability. Check-out between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM is free of charge. Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, a surcharge of CHF 50 applies. 

#### 5. What are the breakfast hours? 

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 

#### 6. How much does breakfast cost? 

The breakfast buffet is available for CHF 27.– per person per night. A continental breakfast is also available for CHF 15.– per person per night. 

#### 7. Where can I park? 

The hotel has a garage at a rate of CHF 25.– per night. Since the number of spaces is very limited, we recommend that you reserve your spot in advance. If you prefer to park on the street, parking tickets are available at the front desk. 

#### 8. How do I get to downtown? 

Downtown is about a 10-minute walk away. For public transportation, the Mirabeau bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The Lausanne train station and the metro are located about 400 meters from the hotel. 

#### 9. Does the hotel offer a laundry service? 

Yes, the hotel offers a laundry service. Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9:00 a.m. will be returned to you the same day before 7:00 p.m. This service is not available on weekends or holidays. 

#### 10. Does the hotel have a gym? 

Yes, a self-service gym is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Minors must be accompanied by and remain under the supervision and responsibility of a legal guardian. 

#### 11. Is there an iron in the room? 

Irons are available upon request at the front desk. 

#### 12. Do you have cribs? 

Yes, a crib can be set up in your room upon prior request, subject to availability. 

#### 13. Are the rooms air-conditioned? 

Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned during the summer months (June through September when the temperature exceeds 24°) and are non-smoking.
